Our experience of IT products for education, and especially science education is extensive if not unsurpassed. We have reviewed products for home and school learning since 1989. We have judged major industry awards such as BAFTAs, BIMAs and the BETT Show Awards. We have also evaluated products, proposals, projects and development ideas for major organisations and corporations. Our writing has appeared in most education publications, in many government documents as well as other media such as the web, TV and radio. The scope of this, and who we work for, can be seen at work to date

Much of our work takes shape as a review and we offer manufacturers, publishers and resellers two kinds of review depending on its audience:

° Advantages: very useful PR; products can be sent ahead of launch date; discretion assured: you can stipulate non-disclosure of a product's existence and set an embargo date.
° Disadvantages: no feedback is offered nor will you see what's written before publication. Not certain anything will be written.

You are also welcome to arrange to send resources for a product evaluation report. This will answer your questions, show how the product sits beside its competition and raise points that need to be rectified. For example in a recent review we were asked to prioritise development issues (into must do's and might do's) so that the publisher could devise a clear course of action. We negotiate a review fee upfront and this is based on how long you want us to spend on the project.

° Advantages: all of the advantages above plus a total flexibility to your needs; discretion is assured; we can engage specialist panels and consultants.
° Disadvantages: a fee is payable
